Eligibility Criteria – Post-wise Details
1. Deputy Director (Medical) – 02 Vacancies
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Essential Qualification:
- A recognised Postgraduate Medical qualification approved under the Medical Council Act, 1956.
Desirable:
- Training in medical education technology and/or knowledge of modern evaluation techniques including MCQ generation, MEQ analysis, and performance analysis of candidates.
2. Junior Programmer – 01 Vacancy
Age Limit: Below 27 years
Essential Qualification:
- B.Tech / BE / BCA / DOEACC (‘B’ or ‘C’ level) OR a Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics with specialisation in computers or equivalent.
3. Junior Accountant – 04 Vacancies
Age Limit: Below 27 years
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Maths or Statistics, or a Degree in Commerce from a recognised University.
- Must qualify an examination as prescribed by NBEMS.
Desirable:
- 3 years’ experience in accounts in a Government institution with knowledge of computer-based accounting.
4. Stenographer – 07 Vacancies
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years
Essential Qualification:
- Senior Secondary (12th / 10+2)
- Stenographic skill: 80/30 WPM in Shorthand/Typing
- Must qualify in General English, Shorthand & Typewriting test conducted by the Board.
Desirable:
- 2 years’ experience as a Steno in a Govt./PSU/Autonomous Body.
- Ability to do word processing on computer.
5. Junior Assistant – 39 Vacancies
Age Limit: Below 27 years
Essential Qualification:
- Passed Senior Secondary Examination from a recognised Board/University.
- Proficiency in Computers and basic software like Windows, Network OS, and LAN architecture.
- Must qualify an examination prescribed by NBEMS.

Selection Process
For Deputy Director (Medical) and Junior Programmer:

For Junior Accountant, Stenographer & Junior Assistant:
There are two stages of selection:
Stage I – Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Total Questions: 200
- Total Marks: 200
- Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM and 50% for all others

- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM and 50% for others
Note: No interview will be held for Group B and C posts.

Final Merit List
For Junior Accountant, Stenographer, and Junior Assistant, the final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks of Stage I (CBT) and Stage II (Skill Test).
- If two candidates score equal marks, the older candidate will be placed higher.
- The merit list will be valid for 1 year or until the next selection, whichever comes earlier.
